Access, loans and regulations

• On-site consultation: the library is open to all teaching and research staff and guests of the ITM and its affiliated institutions, as well as Mathematics and Mechanics Masters students for on-site consultation. As part of the network of libraries of the Toulouse Comue (Archipel), access for on-site consultation is open by appointment to members of the network.

• Borrowing: open to all students and members of the Toulouse Comue library network, either on-site (see above) or remotely via the shuttle service.

  Loan conditions :

  - Researchers, teacher-researchers, staff, doctoral and post-doctoral students, disabled members of the public: 10 books, for 60 days, renewable online 1 time.

  - Masters: 10 books, for 30 days, non-renewable.

• Returning materials : Return your borrowed materials on time or renew them before or as soon as you get a notice from the library.

  You can return our books to any library in the Toulouse University Libraries Network. The Math library accepts the return of books from any library in the network (except for BU Sciences and UT2J Libraries).

• All books may be borrowed, except those from the Master 2 Math (code M2), Master 2 Meca (code Meca), and Agrégation (code AGR) collections. Journals can’t be borrowed.
