Master's internships in Mathematics


During Spring/Summer 2024, we offer several Master's internships in Mathematics at the the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse (France).

  • Master 1 level: Iterated convolution powers on the d-dimension lattice (Research project in french)
  • Master 2 level: Stability and asymptotic behavior of numerical schemes in bounded domains (Research project)
  • Master 2 level: Acceleration phenomena for reaction-diffusion equations set on domains with a line of fast diffusion (Research project)
  • Master 2 level: Wave propagation properties in hierarchical neural networks with predictive coding feedback dynamics (Research project)

    Postdoctoral funding in Mathematics


    With Jean-Michel Roquejoffre and François Hamel, we are opening a call for a one year postdoctoral position (renewable one year) within the framework of the ANR projects Indyana (2021-25) and ReaCh (2023-28). The hired postdoctoral researcher will be based at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse (France) the first year, and, in case of a successful experience, at the Institut de Mathématiques de Marseille, the second year, to work on propagating fronts in reaction-diffusion equations.
