Arrival date: December 18th by 16:00 UT+1 or earlier (Arrivals on December 17th are possible but should be arranged with the organisers)
Departure date: December 21st after lunch
Arolla is located close to the Swiss-Italian border, about 3 hours (train to Sion and then postal bus) from Geneva or about 4 hours from Zurich or Milan (all three cities have airports well-connected to other European cities).
