Assistant professor at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse

Presentation

I am assistant professor at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse since september 2016. I am part of the team Statistics and Probability.
I am interested in Probabiliy and Statistics for Biology (Ecology, Medical Science, ...)

I did my PhD at the Centre de Mathématiques Appliquées (École Polytechnique) under the supervision of Sylvie Méléard and Nicolas Loeuille (Laboratoire Ecologie et Evolution, Paris 6). During my PhD, I developped and studied probabilistic models to describe the co-evolutionnary dynamics of prey-predator communitites and to take into account the time scale differences that can exists in those communities (pdf).
Afterwards, I worked as post-doc at the IMT with Sébastien Gadat and in collaboration with the INSERM team of Salvatore Valitutti (CPTP) on statistics for medical datas (immunology).

I am part of the Chaire Modélisation Mathématique et Biodiversité.
