We kindly ask all participants and speakers to make their own reservations.
For the speakers : bedrooms have been booked at the Hotel Riquet, but you have to contact the hotel to confirm your reservation (or to cancel it, if you wish to choose another hotel).
For the participants : Please make sure to book an hotel early enough. A few bedrooms will be kept for us by Hotel Victor Hugo (with special rates) and Hotel Royal Wilson but notice that these reservations are tempory (till December 31). If you wish to book one of these bedrooms, please mention that you are participant of the "Conference Dynamique Quantique - Université Paul Sabatier".
How to reach the location of the meeting
From the railway station Toulouse-Matabiau, take the metro A (direction Basso Cambo), get off at Jean Jaurès and then take the metro B (direction Ramonville), get off at Université Paul Sabatier.
From the airport Toulouse-Blagnac, take the Flybus which will drive you down town, get off at Jeanne D'Arc or Compans Caffarelli and then take the metro B (direction Ramonville), get off at Universite Paul Sabatier.
The meeting will take place at the IMT, 1R3, square C-4 on page 2 of this campus map.
