    Topological sensitivity analysis method : theory and applications

    Résumé : The topological sensitivity analysis method consists in studying the variation of a given shape function
    with respect to the creation of a small geometric perturbation. It leads to an asymptotic expansion of the considered function
    with respect to the perturbation size. The leading term of the shape function variation is used to build a simple and
    efficient optimization algorithms. In this talk, we will present some theoretical and numerical results related to the Stokes and Navier-Stokes equations.
    We will use the derived topological asymptotic formula for buildind numerical approaches and treating some applications ;
    Detection of small flaws locations in moulded objects, shape optimization of tubes in a cavity, Optimization of injectors location in an eutrophic lake …
