Staggered Grids  Spectral  Method  for Darcy  Equations.  
Application to the Natural  Convection  Problem.

Abstract: 
We present in this paper a new spectral
approximation  of Darcy equations  based on staggered grids.
This method introduces no spurious modes and may be extended without 
major complexity to multidomain configurations. 
We carry out a numerical analysis of such an element and
provide some computation tests confirming the optimality proven 
theoretically. In the end, we present an application of this algorithm 
to simulate a fluid flow through a porous media.
