My research activities are oriented towards
high-dimensional statistics with a special attention on:
- Functional Data Analysis
- NonParametric Modelling
- Statistical Inference
- Parsimoneous Models
- Dimension Reduction Models
- SemiParametric Approaches
- Variable Selection
- Massive Datasets
All these topics cover most of the main statistical fields
(classification, factor analysis, regression, time series, etc).
Theoretical studies as well as a wide scope of applications (biology,
chemometrics, econometrics, geophysics, medicine, etc) have been carried
out. For any practitionner, useful
software (R routines), case studies, as well as examples of use
are available online.
