Fluid motion estimation

A motion estimation algorithm was developped. It estimates the deformation between two images, under the hypothesis that a regular deformation field allows to transform the first image into the second image.
This algorithm was tested on sequences of images of fluids seeded with particles, obtained at the Coriolis rotating turntable in Grenoble, France.
